Baltimore, MD :I-895 SB reopens after accident at O'Donnell Street on Monday, July 13th 2015

I-895 South was closed for close to two hours after an accident Monday morning, which led to traffic delays during rush hour, authorities said.The accident, which resulted in a person being trapped in a vehicle, was reported before 5 a.m. at O'Donnell Street. I-895 North was also closed for a short time but has since reopened. The southbound lanes reopened by 7:20 a.m. and traffic flow returned to normal by 8 a.m., according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.
