Gainesville, FL : Caulfield man dies after crash with semi truck on Monday, 9th September 2019

A Caulfield man died Monday evening as the result of injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash late Monday afternoon in Gainesville. Lonnie Crisp, 75, of Caulfield, was pronounced dead at 6:04 p.m. at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, where he was taken by Air Evac following the 4:11 p.m. accident at Highway 5 north and Third Street.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report, the crash occurred when a 2015 Fiat 500 driven by Larane Wright, 73, of Zanoni, failed to stop at a stop sign on Third Street and was impacted by a 2011 Volvo semi-tractor driven northbound on Highway 5 by Richard Moscicki, 49, of London, Ontario, Canada.
Crisp was a passenger in the car driven by Wright, his sister. Wright was taken by Ozark County Ambulance to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas, with what the online report described as “serious” injuries.
