Lansing, MI : Two people were killed in West Knox County on Sunday, November, 19th 2017

At least two people were killed in West Knox County on Sunday evening when a car struck a tree head on and burst into flames, according to a Karns Fire Department spokesman.

The crash was reported about 7 p.m. on Pellissippi Parkway northbound at State Route 62.

The exact number and identities of the victims have not been released.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
