Twin Falls, ID : Two people injured in motorcycle crash on U.S. Highway 93 on Sunday, June 26, 2016

A Bellevue man is in good condition Monday morning at a Twin Falls hospital a day after he was thrown from his motorcycle in a crash on U.S. Highway 93.

The crash happened about 5:10 p.m. Sunday when James Palmer, 27, ran a stop sign while riding a 2005 Harley Davidson and collided with a 2007 Chevy Cobalt, Idaho State Police said. Palmer, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle and came to rest in a borrow pit.

Both Palmer and the Cobalt’s driver, 57-year-old Lori Hart, of Caldwell, were taken to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center, ISP said. Hart was wearing her seat belt.

Palmer was listed in good condition about 9 a.m. Monday while Hart was no longer listed as a patient.
