A car and a dump truck collided Friday morning at Pennsylvania and North Robinson avenues in Pen Argyl.
The woman driving the car was removed from the vehicle and transported to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill, Slate Belt Regional police officer Shannon Young said. The driver of the dump truck wasn't hurt, Young said.
The crash happened just after 7:30 a.m. with the car going south on North Robinson Avenue and the truck heading west on Pennsylvania Avenue, Young said.
The skid marks left by the truck were 52 feet long, Young said.
Police are investigating which vehicle had the light, Young said.
Pennsylvania Avenue was expected to reopen about 8:30 a.m.
