Officials believe alcohol factor in Vacaville crash
Vacaville firefighters transported one of two victims
of a single-vehicle accident Wednesday on eastbound Interstate 80 in Vacaville to a waiting ambulance before taking him to a local hospital with moderate injuries, authorities said.
