Tulsa,OK : Sands Springs woman dies after head-on collision in Creek County on February, Thursday 8th 2018

A 22-year-old Sand Springs woman died four days after being injured in a head-on collision in Creek County earlier this month, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Alicia Washington was pronounced dead Feb. 8 at St. John Medical Center from injuries she suffered in a two-vehicle crash on Feb. 4, according to an OHP report.

The crash occurred when an eastbound pickup crossed the center line on Oklahoma 51 about 6½ miles west of Mannford and struck an oncoming car, in which Washington was a passenger.

The car's driver — Kaleb Moore, 24, of Sand Springs — and Washington were hospitalized in critical condition, while a 3-month-old girl in the car was hospitalized in stable condition.
