PENN TOWNSHIP, IN : 18-year-old killed in single-vehicle St. Joseph Co. crash on Monday, 11th February 2019

An 18-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash in St. Joseph County Monday afternoon.

The woman, who is from Granger, was headed south on Ash Road between Douglas Road and Dunn Road in Penn Township when she hit a tree, police on the scene told NewsCenter 16. The crash happened around 2:20 p.m.

The woman has not yet been identified.
