Knoxville ,TN : Driver taken into custody after deadly crash on I-640 Saturday ,August 1st 2015

Angel (Miguel) Geronimo Francisco was taken into custody on charges of driving without a license and driving without insurance. He was driving an Expedition involved in a deadly crash on I-640.

Francisco was taken into custody after being released from UT Medical Center. One person died. Three adults, including Francisco, and two infants were thrown from the car and went to UT Medical Center.

The investigation into the crash is continuing. Police are searching for the drivers of a gray Toyota and semi truck that left the scene Saturday evening.

According to investigators, at least three cars were driving west on I-640 at mile marker eight and swerved to avoid hitting another car. When Francisco swerved, he lost control and the Expedition flipped several times.
