Lake County, IL :All Eastbound Lanes on Edens Spur Reopen After Crash on Tuesday, July 14th 2015

All eastbound lanes were temporarily closed on the Edens Expressway spur ramp just before rush hour Tuesday due to a two-vehicle crash.As of just after 5 p.m. all lanes had been shut down east of Waukegan Road at I-94 and Lee, causing a massive backup for commuters. Illinois State Police warned traffic will be delayed while the incident is under investigation and emergency responders are on the scene.As of 5:35 p.m. all lanes were re-opened and traffic was beginning to move again.Police said four victims were transported to Highland Park Hospital and an additional three to Glenbrook Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
