MOBILE, AL : Pedestrian struck, killed on U.S. 90 on Friday, 19th July 2024 0

A pedestrian was killed early Friday morning when he was struck by a vehicle on U.S. 90, according to the Mobile Police Department.

Officers responded to the scene at U.S. 90 between East Rite Road and the Highway 90 East Service Road at about 5:22 a.m., police said. They found a male victim deceased in the roadway.

The MPD said the name of the victim will not be released until the next of kin are notified. Police say their investigation is ongoing.
