St. Augustine, FL : St. Augustine woman to a hospital Monday after her car collided with a minivan on September 1, 2014

Mariah N. Jones, 25, was in serious condition at UF Health hospital in Jacksonville when the Florida Highway Patrol released an accident report late Monday afternoon. She was driving south on State Road 207. At about 2 p.m., Thomas E. Cushman tried to turn his van onto the road in front of her. Jones swerved out of the way, but not enough. Her Honda Civic hit the side of Cushman’s Toyota Sienna. Cushman, 68, suffered minor injuries. Source : St. Augustine woman in critical condition after crash with minivan
