YUMA, AZ : 2 Border Patrol agents unhurt after Yuma car crash on May 13th 2014

Two U.S. Border Patrol agents have been treated and released from a hospital after a car accident in Yuma that killed the driver of another vehicle.

Yuma County Sheriff's officials say 21-year-old Marlee Cahoe of Yuma was declared dead at the scene of Tuesday night's crash on Highway 95.

Sheriff's investigators say Cahoe's vehicle was going the wrong way on the highway and the unmarked Border Patrol car swerved to avoid a collision.

They say alcohol use may be a contributing factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.

Sheriff's officials say the two on-duty agents were taken to a Yuma hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Their names haven't been released.
