Walnut Ridge, AR : Lawrence County Deputy injured on his way to crash on Saturday, December 5, 2015

A Lawrence County Deputy is in the hospital tonight after an accident on Lawrence County Road 511 outside Clover Bend.

Just after 7 p.m. Saturday, an officer responding to another accident was involved in a vehicle rollover.

The car driven by the deputy left the roadway then hit and broke an electrical pole before it rolled over.

His injuries are non-life threatening.
