Wrentham , MA : Driver of veicle killed afer Fatal Crash along I - 495 on Monday morning ,June 15th 2015

Massachusetts State Police are investigating after one person dies in a crash in Wrentham Monday morning.

State Police say the crash occurred on June 15th at 10:50 a.m. on I-495 South of Route 1A exit.

The driver, whose identity is not immediately available, was pronounced dead and was traveling with a dog. The dog's condition is unknown.

Officials say traffic lanes remain open and they are not able to provide more information at this time.
