St. Louis, MO : 1 person dead, 1 injured after being hit by vehicle in downtown on Tuesday, February 3, 2015
St. Louis police are investigating after a car struck two people in downtown St. Louis after a Blues hockey game, killing a woman and critically injuring a man.
Police believe the victims, both in their 20s, were leaving the Blues game Tuesday night when they were hit while crossing the street. The woman, identified Wednesday as 23-year-old Katherine Dubis of St. Louis County, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was taken to a hospital where he is in critical but stable condition. His name was not released.
Police say the car involved stayed at the scene.
