Mount Sinai, NY : New York teen dies in horrific crash while test-driving Lamborghini on Friday, August 29, 2014

A New York teenager has died after he crashed a lamborghini into a guard rail while taking it for a test drive. 18-year-old Samuel Shepard was driving on a county road in Mount Sinai on Long Island Friday when he lost control of the car. The owner of the car, Michael Power, was a passenger in the car and suffered non-life threatening injuries. According to the article, Det. Sgt. Michael Fitzharris said that excessive speed was believed to be a factor. Shepard had reportedly just graduated from high school and hoped to serve in the Army for a few years before becoming a police officer.
