Richmond,VA : A mid-morning two-vehicle accident on Thursday, July 6, 2017

A mid-morning two-vehicle accident involving a Stafford Sheriff's Department cruiser and a citizen vehicle caused all lanes of traffic on U.S. 1 between Hospital Center Boulevard and Courthouse Road to be closed for several hours on Thursday.
