Topeka, KS : Police looking for car from fatal hit-and-run crash on Sunday, December 11th, 2016

Wichita police are looking for a white or silver car in connection with a fatal vehicle-pedestrian collision that occurred early Sunday.

The collision occurred at about 3 a.m. in west Wichita near the intersection of 2nd Street and Ridge Road. A 20-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene after responders arrived.

Sgt. Joe Kennedy said the man was in a different vehicle with his girlfriend before exiting for an unknown reason. Kennedy said police have talked with the girlfriend, but are still looking for the vehicle that struck the man.
