Bowling Green, MO : Man on ATV injured in crash in Pike County on Wednesday afternoon, August 3, 2016

A Rhineland man was injured Wednesday afternoon after the all-terrain vehicle he was driving became involved in a two-vehicle crash in rural Pike County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said David P. Rhodes, 28, was driving a 2016 John Deere Gator west on PIke County Road 468 at 12:10 p.m. when a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Helen V. McCulley, 31, of Clarksville, traveled into his path and the two vehicles collided.

Rhodes was taken to Pike County Memorial Hospital by Pike County EMS with minor injuries. The patrol said he was not wearing a safety device.

Both vehicles had minor damage, and each was driven from the scene.
