Police are investigating an accident involving an ambulance in Manchester on Sunday morning.
Authorities said a driver ran a red light at the intersection of Maple and Spruce streets and struck an ambulance.
No patients were being transported at the time of the crash and the ambulance was not on its way to an emergency, police said.
The driver of the car fled on foot, but was located and taken into police custody.
Some injuries were reported by police, but none of them are life-threatening.
