After being shut down for nearly three hours, I-95 is back open after a crash Saturday morning.Three vehicles including a semi-truck were traveling South on I-95, when
70-year-old Robert Tarxzynski crashed the truck into a guardrail. The collision caused the big rig to overturn, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.The semi's
trailer blocked the southbound lanes of the highway and set off a series of other crashes.All southbound lanes were closed and drivers were re-routed.Tarxzynski and
another driver had minor injuries.Another person involved, a 28-year old from Rockledge was rushed to Halifax Medical Center.The crash remains under investigation and
charges are pending.
