Baton Rouge, LA : Accident involving 6 18-wheelers, 1 car closes westbound I-10 west of Baton Rouge on Tuesday December 8 2015

State police say an accident involving six 18-wheelers and a passenger car has part of Interstate 10 west of Baton Rouge closed
The interstate was shut down early Tuesday. Troopers say eastbound lanes are open and they hope to have the westbound lanes open this afternoon.
State police say two drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Trooper Bryan Lee says traffic is being detoured eastbound at Interstate 49 and westbound Louisiana Highway 415 to U.S. Highway 90.
