Kingman,AZ : BHC woman indicted in fatal crash on March, Sunday 25th 2018
A Bullhead City woman allegedly involved in a fatal crash last September was indicted on a felony manslaughter charge.
A Mohave County grand jury indicted Page Nichole Carleton on a felony charge of manslaughter in the second degree and two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence. One DUI count involved alcohol, while the other DUI count involved drugs, according to court records.
Carleton, 24, who is not listed on the jail roster, is expected to be arraigned on the charges today before Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert.
Carleton was driving in a Chevy pickup truck around 10:50 p.m. Sept. 24, northbound on Highway 95 before she allegedly crossed the center lane and collided head on with a motorcycle driven by Darryl James Tuttle, 45, of Fort Mohave, who was southbound on the highway, Bullhead City police reported.
Tuttle was thrown from his motorcycle, while his bike became wedged under the truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
