One person was hospitalized in a crash outside Olde Providence Elementary School Sunday afternoon.
The Charlotte Fire Department says a vehicle struck a tree around 1:20 p.m. in the 3800 block of Rea Road. One person pulled from the vehicle and sent to an area hospital.
Firefighters say a medical condition may have contributed to the crash.
