Ottumwa woman dead in I-80 crash near Victor

An Ottumwa woman died and another person was injured following an accident involving a motorcycle on Interstate 80 southwest of Victor. The accident, which killed 62-year-old Mary Beth Penne, happened just before 10:50 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3. The Iowa State Patrol reported that Michael Muldoon, Ottumwa, was driving his motorcycle eastbound.
