STATEN ISLAND, NY : 2 hurt in early-morning crash on Hylan in Dongan Hills on Thursday, 27th December 2018

Two people were hurt in a two-car crash on Hylan Boulevard in Dongan Hills early Thursday morning, according to the FDNY.

The crash was reported on Hylan and Bath Avenue at 4:51 a.m., a Fire Department spokesman said.

Two patients were transported to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze.

While the FDNY spokesman was not immediately able to provide the condition of the patients, emergency radio transmissions did not indicate life-threatening injuries were suffered and the crash was cleared a short time later.
