Three people were injured when a truck crashed into an Oak Ridge Waffle House Friday afternoon.
According to Sgt. Jeremy Huddleston with Oak Ridge Police, a white Ford Ranger drove into the back of the building just after noon. The impact sent debris flying through the air, which hit at least three people.
Oak Ridge Fire Chief Darryl Kerley said only one of the three people who were hurt were transported to the hospital. The driver was treated for injuries on the scene.
