Lincoln, NE : Two people died and one injured when two SUVs collided west of Johnson on Thursday, December 10, 2015
Two people are dead and one is injured after two sport-utility vehicles collided in southeast Nebraska.
The Lincoln Journal Star reports that the crash happened west of Johnson just before 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
The Nemaha County sheriff's office says an SUV southbound on Nebraska Highway 105 collided with one heading westbound on Spur Road 46B that failed to yield the right of way.
The two passengers in the westbound SUV died at the scene.
An ambulance took the driver of the southbound SUV to the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn.
The sheriff's office says it is withholding the identities of the people involved until deputies notify family members.
