The South Carolina Highway Patrol is looking for a driver that struck and killed a pedestrian last week in Clarendon County and drove off.
The Highway Patrol says it happened some time between 11 p.m. last Thursday and 12:20 a.m. Friday on Highway 301 near Salem Road, near the Clarendon County EMS Station in New Zion.
Investigators do not yet have a description of the driver or the vehicle involved.
Highway Patrol says the pedestrian that was struck died from injuries.
