Tontitown, AR : Three people from Oklahoma were dead in a head-on collision in northwest Arkansas on Monday night October 13th 2014

Authorities say three people from Oklahoma were killed in a head-on collision in northwest Arkansas. Arkansas State Police say the crash happened Monday night on U.S. 412 in Tontitown. According to a preliminary report, a Lincoln Town Car crossed the center line of the highway and crashed into an oncoming vehicle. State police say the driver of the Lincoln, 50-year-old Anthony Morgan of Jay, Oklahoma; was killed in the wreck. The Lincoln's passengers, 83-year-old Glen Wensel of Jay and 41-year-old Michelle Johnson of Quapaw, also died in the wreck. State police say the driver of the oncoming vehicle was injured and taken to a Fayetteville hospital. Authorities say the wreck happened when it was rainy and road conditions were wet.
