Augusta, ME : Head-on collision in Scarborough injures four on Monday, January 2nd 2017
Four people were injured in a head-on collision late Monday afternoon in Scarborough.
A dispatcher at the Scarborough Police Department said three cars were involved in the accident, and four people were transported to Maine Medical Center in Portland with non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is still undetermined. The section of Running Hill Road where the crash took place – between Cummings Road in South Portland and New Road in Scarborough – was closed temporarily, but reopened by 5:45 p.m.
