Southeast Dallas, TX : Pedestrian killed in crash in southeast Dallas on Wednesday, 10th October 2018

A man on a bicycle was killed by a drunken driving suspect Wednesday in southeast Dallas, police said.The crash happened around 11 p.m. in the 5000 block of Great Trinity Forest Way when a 49-year-old man driving east struck the victim, knocking him off his bike.
The bicyclist, who was not identified, died at the scene, police said. The driver stopped at the scene; his name was not released.
Police closed east- and westbound lanes while they investigated the incident.
