Keystone Ave. crash injures pedestrian

Metro police say one person was hurt late Monday when he stepped into the path of a car.

Investigators said a man in his 40's was struck by a car traveling south on N. Keystone Ave. near 54th St.

The crash was reported to police at about 11:20 p.m.

Police say the victim was conscious when emergency medical personnel transported him to IU Health Methodist Hospital.

The driver of the car was not cited.
