A day following a reported fatal hit-and-run accident involving a cyclist on Swannanoa River Road, Asheville police say the cyclist has been identified and the suspected driver of the truck that reportedly struck the cyclist has been arrested.
According to a news release on July 19, the Asheville Police Department has identified the cyclist as Alexander Rozos, 26, of Asheville.
