Topeka, KS : A 40-year-old Overbrook man was killed in a one vehicle crash in Osage County on Tuesday, November, 7th 2017

A 40-year-old Overbrook man was killed early Tuesday in a one vehicle crash in Osage County, authorities said.

The crash was reported at 3:10 a.m. Tuesday at 14283 S. Shawnee Heights Road, about two miles north of Overbrook.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 1997 Jaguar XK8 was traveling north on Shawnee Heights Road when the car left the roadway for an unknown reason to the right.

The car then overturned a half turn and came to rest on its roof, according to the highway patrol’s crash log.

The driver of the Jaguar, identified as Donald C. Bryant, was pronounced dead at the scene. The patrol said Bryant, who was alone in the car, was wearing a seat belt.
