Jackson ,MS : No one injured in crash after lost control of Vehicle and strikes straight into a ditch along interstate 20 sign on Saturday afternoon ,March 21st 2015

The heavy downpours contributed to a one-vehicle wreck on I-20 eastbound Saturday afternoon.

The accident happened just after 1 p.m. in front of Pearl High School.

A Chevy Silverado lost control, knocked down a sign and veered straight into a ditch, hitting a tree as well.

The motorist was on scene and did not appear injured.

Emergency crews worked the scene.
