Windsor, Vt: Keene woman died on I-91 after a single-car crash On Friday morning,24th October 2014

A Keene woman died after a single-car crash this morning in Windsor, Vt. Nancy Ann W. Southwell, 59, was driving a 2012 Ford Focus on Interstate 91 in Windsor shortly before 10 a.m. when her car crashed, Vermont State Police said. Southwell was taken to Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, where she was later pronounced dead. Police say the cause of the crash is under investigation. Southwell was wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash, which occurred on a wet road. The Focus sustained damage to the front passenger side quarter panel and passenger side tire rod.
