HERMITAGE, MO : Crash in Hickory County kills man from Wheatland on Saturday, March 4th 2017

A man from Wheatland died in a two-vehicle crash in Hickory County

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Albert Newbold, 35, was killed late Saturday afternoon in a crash just west of Hermitage.

Troopers say another car swerved off Highway 54, over-corrected, then struck the car in which Newbold was a passenger. He died at the scene.

The drivers of both vehicles suffered serious injuries.
