Kentucky State Police are investigating after a deadly single-vehicle accident in Carroll County on Thursday.

The crash happened about 6:45 a.m. in the 7800 block of Highway 36.

Police said the vehicle Steven Harbert, 36, of Indianapolis, was in, left the roadway, struck a concrete culvert, then overturned.

He was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.

Police said he was not wearing a seatbelt.
