THE ACREAGE, FL : A 67-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday, July 20, 2017

A 67-year-old motorcyclist was killed Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office records state.

John Butrico was heading west along Key Lime Boulevard on a 2015 Honda motorcycle at about 10:30 Thursday morning, the sheriff’s office said.

He crashed with a 2005 Lincoln Town Car heading north on Hall Boulevard as they went through the intersection.Butrico was flown to St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach as a trauma patient. He died at about 1:30 p.m. from his injuries, sheriff’s records state.

The Town Car driver, 55-year-old Isabelle Ritter, was not injured in the wreck.

Records do not indicate whether the Loxahatchee woman may face charges in the wreck.

A crash report indicates the motorcyclist had a stop sign at the intersection, but it was not immediately known whether he’d properly stopped.
