State police say troopers found 58-year-old Mark Tobiasz of St. Charles, Missouri, on I-65's southbound shoulder soon after receiving a report about 5:30 a.m. Friday of a man walking on the highway near the city of Rensselaer (ren-suh-LEER').
Tobiasz was pronounced dead at the scene from severe trauma. Troopers found his car parked along the highway about a mile away.
