SEWARD, NY : One-car crash that killed a mother and daughter in Seward on Thursday, 21st June 2018

The one-car crash that killed a mother and daughter in Seward remained under investigation Thursday as state police identified the two killed and the car's 16-year-old driver.

Killed were passengers 11-year-old Elizabeth France, of Fort Plain, and Christina N. France, 37, of Cobleskill, state police confirmed.

A state police spokesman Thursday also identified the driver, who was taken to Albany Medical Center for injuries he suffered, as 16-year-old Ethan J. France, of Fort Plain.
