Strawberry, AR : Cave City man dead and woman injured after a wreck on Arkansas Highway 230 near Strawberry on Saturday, February 14, 2015

A head-on collision Saturday afternoon killed 1 man and injured 1 woman.

James Koch of Cave City was killed in the crash, according to Arkansas State Police.

The crash report states Koch was driving west on Arkansas Highway 230 near Strawberry when his vehicle crossed into the eastbound lane causing the collision.

Driver of the second vehicle, Caitlin Whitmire of Strawberry, was taken to a Little Rock hospital in unknown condition.
