Chattanooga, TN : A deadly crash in Whitfield County on Saturday, November, 25th 2017

Authorities are investigating a deadly crash in Whitfield County, Ga., according to the Georgia State Patrol.

Lawana Dearnell, 71, was traveling on Georgia Highway 71 when her vehicle crossed the centerline and ran off the left side of the road, striking a culvert and ditch.

Dearnell was the only occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
