Hollandale,WI : Woman, 54, dies in crash on Man-Cal Road and Brown County on January, Friday 19th 2018

A 54-year-old woman from the Manitowoc area was killed in a crash Friday afternoon at the intersection of Man-Cal Road and Brown County D, according to the Brown County Sheriff's Department.

She didn't stop at a stop sign, and the van she was driving was struck by a sport-utility vehicle that was driven by a 44-year-old Kaukauna-area man.

The woman was ejected from her vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

Roads in the area were shut down to allow investigators to reconstruct the crash. They estimated the roads would be closed for at least a couple of hours.

Authorities are withholding names until family can be notified.
