A bank where two young children lost their lives in a fiery crash will likely be demolished, bank officials said Monday.
Greenville County Coroner Parks Evans said Micah A. Young, 3, and Tyrin Savahya Young Jr., 5, died in the accident just before 9:15 a.m. Sunday. He said the boys died from smoke inhalation.
A two-vehicle collision sent the SUV into the Arthur State Bank on Pleasantburg Drive.
Evans said the 2001 Ford Expedition was driven by the boys' mother.
Jonathan Bragg of the Greenville Police Department said the mother and a passenger made it out alive.
A relative said the family was on the way to church.
The mother, whose name has not been released, was a member of Changing Your Mind Ministries in Taylors.
