CHELMSFORD, MA : Two killed in wrong-way Route 3 crash on Wednesday, 10th October 2018

Two motorists died in a wrong-way crash on Route 3 early morning, according to Chelmsford Fire Chief Gary Ryan and State Police.
State Police received "numerous reports" of a 2014 Nissan Altima traveling over 100 mph south in the left northbound lane on Route 3 at about 1:28 a.m. Monday morning, according to a press release from State Police.
About five minutes later, police received reports of a head-on crash involving the Nissan on Route 3 near exit 32 in Chelmsford, the release said.
