Findlay, OH : Juvenile hurt in van-bicycle collision on Friday, 22nd June 2018
A 12-year-old bicyclist was injured Friday when the bicycle was hit by a van at the intersection of Blanchard and East Main Cross streets in Findlay, the Hancock County Sheriffs Office reported.
The juvenile, who was not identified by the sheriffs office, was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by Hanco Ambulance after the 5:47 p.m. collision.
The sheriffs office said the bicyclist was riding south on the Blanchard Street sidewalk, while Karen Ouwenga, 43, of Findlay, was driving a 2006 Toyota Sienna van west on East Main Cross.
