Putnam County, NY : 70-year-old Crescent City man killed and a woman seriously injured in a head-on collision on Monday August 10th 2015

A 70-year-old Crescent City man was killed and a woman seriously injured in a head-on collision Monday at the south end of Putnam County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The man, whose name was not immediately released pending notification of family, was eastbound on County Road 308 about 8:50 p.m. when his pickup drifted into the opposite lane and hit a car driven by Rebecca Ann Bickel, 44, of Crescent City.
The Highway Patrol did not indicate if either driver was wearing seat belt.
